1940 Ford Standard 2 door sedan. We recently acquired 3 wonderful Fords from a prominent Ford collector in Ri. For the last 24 years this Ford has been in a museum setting.. Always maintained & exercised by a Ford technician. The 40 Ford before you has never been restored. Rust free 82 year old car w/ 29K miles from new.. 221Ci V8 Engine - 3 Speed manual Transmission.. One high quality repaint in the late 90's that has held up Excellent.. Beautiful Body w/ Original Chrome & Glass throughout.. Front & Rear Bumper guards & Bumper ends.. Original running boards in great shape.. Spotlight from "The Sportlite" model j. Ford Script fog lamps as Front blinkers. Rear blinkers & working Emergency flashers. Ford Script Tailpipe Deflector. Still retains the single "Standard' tail light. Optional dual chrome mirrors.. Wide white wall tire w/ Chrome V8 Hubcaps & Trim rings. Killer Original tan cloth interior.. Beautiful dash w/ working Gauges.. Excellent original steering wheel.. Added blinkers for safety.. Optional Stewart warner south wind heater. In the trunk is the original spare tire, Mat & front plate bracket. Under the hood is unmodified and very original & correctly detailed. The undercarriage, floors, frame are all clean and original..
